APPROACH
Good technical support isn’t just about fixing computers. It’s about helping people.

When someone reaches out for support, they’re usually dealing with a problem that’s slowing them down or stopping their work entirely. My goal is to remove that frustration as quickly as possible. I approach each issue by listening carefully, asking the right questions, and methodically working through the problem until we find the root cause.

Clear communication is just as important as technical skill. I believe people deserve to understand what happened, why it happened, and what can be done to prevent it in the future.

At the end of the day, technology should make life easier and not more complicated. Helping people get there is the part of this work I enjoy the most.
BACKGROUND
I provide hands-on IT support focused on quickly diagnosing issues, restoring system stability, and keeping users productive.

Over the years, I’ve developed real hands-on experience supporting computers, troubleshooting system problems, and helping people get back up and running when something goes wrong. I’ve worked across Windows, macOS, and Linux systems, diagnosing hardware issues, resolving software problems, and helping users understand what’s happening with their technology.

Technology has been a consistent part of my life long before it became my career. I come from a family of IT professionals, and continuing that legacy of technical service and problem-solving is something I take seriously and feel proud to carry forward.
Â
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time building things, fixing things, reading, and spending time outdoors.
